Reiki is a gentle energy work technique used for stress reduction and to promote healing on all four levels - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

The client lays fully-clothed on the treatment table. I lightly place my hand on different parts of the body to send Reiki and clear any stuck energy. Reiki is a great complimentary therapy to any other medical or therapeutic technique. It can be especially helpful in working through difficult personal times. Clients typically mention a deep sense of peace, relaxation and of "feeling lighter" after a session.

A typical session is 80 minutes, including talk time.

Reiki can also be done at a distance so the client doesn't have to be physically present. This is how I work with some clients, especially animals.
